Home from Dublin, signed on the dotted line (waiting on a reference). Very lucky, at a time when it’s next to impossible to get somewhere to rent, I’ve landed on my feet BIG TIME with a sublet through a friend of a friend, and I’ve got my home for 10 months from August sorted (even if I needed to sign for 12 months to secure). 😬😐
