I think we need to get the rules of a custom video clear… if you would like to order a custom we will be asking for payment prior to the video sending as we need to create a schedule to film these videos. We do NOT have time for people requesting and us then making videos for people to then decide they don’t want the video anymore.
Please understand that we need to take time in the day to film these videos and if you back out at last minute you have wasted our time.
We want to make these videos for you. But please stop messing us around.
