This Saturday, September 21st, I will have a tonsillectomy surgery (for my American subscribers it will be Friday night). And I'll be in the hospital for a few days. I have a chronic infection in my tonsils and often suffer from sore throats, so I'm excited about the surgery. But I'm worried about the recovery period.
My blооd doesn't clot well, so there's a risk of blееding. I have trouble healing wounds due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome*. Also, for several weeks I will only be able to eat liquid and soft foods (I hope I don’t lose weight). And from what I understand, my throat will be very sore after the surgery until it heals 😔
I've uploaded and scheduled some content for you in advance. But I don't know how quickly I'll be back to normal, so there may be less content than usual for the next couple of weeks. I hope you'll forgive me for this and don't unsubscribe. Also, I probably won't be very active in messages.

*Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is a genetic disorder that causes my body to produce defective collagen instead of the correct one, which makes me very flexible, but this condition has many downsides.
