Morning time Naked Yoga!!
A nice and close up view of everyones holes and bolls.. I mean balls? lmaoo
anyway, all of these stretches are REAL techniques that can assist you with:
- LOW BACK PAIN
- tight hips
- tight hip flexors
- tight hamstrings
- tight glutes
- IT band issues
- other general stiffness!
