Linda Lovelace’s story has always stood out to me. Her rise to fame was far from easy and came with its share of challenges, but she played a key role in shaping the adult industry as we know it today. I genuinely believe that without her influence, we might not have the independent platforms and opportunities that exist for performers now. While I don’t align with the anti-porn stance she adopted later in life, I’d like to think she would appreciate the empowerment and independence women in the industry have achieved today.
