I’ve had a bad flare up of TMJ this afternoon and my usual measures aren’t working to get rid, so posting will be missed tonight. I’m really sorry but will resume to normal tomorrow. 🩵 💔 I can normally just soldier on but I’m in a lot more pain than usual with it tonight. Thank you for understanding and patience 🫶🏻
