Push day workout! 5x5 heavy Incline press and everyth8ng else's was 4x15. I also learned tonight that the gym, doesn't allow tripods anymore. WTF

Workout pics or the workout never happened!!! Thanks for holding me accountable 🤣 Today, I did full upper body & core! I honestly hate pull movements (except for rows, but pull-ups can burn in the fiery pits of hell), but I looove presses. Excited to keep toning these bad bois!!
Finished some bench pressing today so now is the time to fun..
✨ Workout Wednesday ✨ Today is back and biceps, so lots of rows and curls. I used 30 lbs for the rows and 12.5 lbs for the curls. These are my favorite days because the strain is targeted in my arms and just doesn't seem quite as brutal as the burn I get on leg days. Now I'm ready to eat all the pie tomorrow!!
