Spring is the perfect time to update not only the closet, but also myself.
Here are a few habits that help me feel better:

A morning walk - 15 minutes in the fresh air is more energizing than coffee.

Water with lemon - wakes up the body and gives energy.

Minimize heavy food - in spring I want lightness, so eat more fruits and vegetables.

"Spring Clearance" - unclutter my closet and make room for new things.
