Not my most glamorous moment 🫣
Has anyone else tried cold plunging? I’ve been doing it almost every morning for 2 weeks now! Started around 64 degrees for 1 minute and I’m down to 48 degrees for 2 minutes. It definitely kick starts your day ☀️
