Growing up my mom would always tell me to be good to myself. I never thought I'd need to remember that as much as I've had to over the last year. We can't show up for anyone else or for the things we want to accomplish if we don't take care of ourselves first 🫶🏼 I explain more in the video about my journey and why I created this campaign which first started in October.
