Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day😉❤️

I started changing my eating regimen and the first thing I did was revise my breakfast. It is now more nutritious and filling than dinner to provide me with energy for the day.

In this breakfast I decided to include:

🍳Eggs - a source of high quality protein, vitamins A, D, B12 and choline which supports brain and nervous system function.

🐟Tuna - rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids which are good for the heart and also contains iron, magnesium and vitamin B12.

🥬Fiber - improves digestion, keeps you feeling satiated and helps regulate sugar levels

This is one of my top breakfast choices! Want to hear about some other favorite meals 😊
