last week i went to the student support office to ask if anything could be done about the desk situation bc im not trying to break a desk in the middle of my graduate classes (hot in fantasy, soooo bad in real life lol) and they were sort of noncommittal about what they could do. i told the girl that they would need to at least remove a desk so i could bring a different chair because i am too fat for the chairs they have. she kinda flinched at the word fat but its pretty obvious just looking at me that i would NOT fit. she told me they would communicate with me when they figured out a solution

went to a different class today with the same chairs and squeezed myself into one - yes, it’s tighter than it was last week, im getting fatter by the day honestly - and thought i might cry BUT across the room i see one random normal sized chair and a full desk. a miracle! i rushed over and sat down and was only the normal amount too fat for it. cross your fingers that they’ll do it for all of my classes (and that no one takes my fat girl chair 🥲)
