Every time we come back to spend some time in South Portugal, we suddenly have to reconnect with a much slower pace of life. The basic yet comforting wooden walls and floors of our ever changing tiny house, nestled in the middle-of-nowhere. What a huge energy switch from the rest of our year! From a busy and non stop traveling routine to this relaxed rhythm. Led by nature cycles and morning meditations while developing a deep connection to each other without outside world distractions. Grateful feelings.
To be completely fair, we tend to find it boring after a while. We get antsy to get back into the hustle bustle of the "real world" where things happen. But we came to learn to love and cherish the moments of silence that this place offers. A space to think and recharge between the rushes of modern life we get so easily lost into.
