Hey folks, I hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far. I got a few things done around the house and went for my best rub of the year. There were two pretty good looking fellas that passed me on the trail and pushed me to run faster than I would have.
I'm working on a half Marathon for October. Does anyone else have any goals?
