Autumn has covered the sky in a leaden shroud, and in this silent harmony of faded colors, I catch myself searching for scents that are no longer there...

The air now smells of damp earth and decay, and I search in vain, almost painfully, for that sweet trace left behind by summer. That alluring and delicate scent of lilacs...💗🌸

In this autumn landscape, devoid of bright accents, I long not for warmth, but for aromas... They have become ghosts, whose trail still flickers in my memory, causing my heart to ache with a poignant, almost physical longing.

I light a wax candle with notes of bergamot and sandalwood — its flame is too pale to warm me, but it tries to resurrect in the air a glimmer of what is gone. It is useless, of course. Nothing can replace the living breath of the past summer....

Do you feel this emptiness? That quiet longing for the scents that have taken a piece of your soul with them forever? 🍂✨
