Energy drinks or coffee? Personally I enjoy both, however I do try to keep highly caffeinated drinks (200mg and above) to a minimum. They are great before a workout to go bust out some work, but they are easy to develop a tolerance to, so make sure you are using them safely! Go kill it and get active today :)
