Shot in stunning 4K 🎥 and running at 15:52 minutes, this video is a shocking comparison of my transformation, 5 years later, 80 kg heavier... Can I still fit through a hula hoop?
Then vs. Now: Five years ago, at 375 lbs, I could easily fit through a hula hoop... but today, at over 175 lbs heavier, I wanted to put it to the test again. I bought a hula hoop of the same size and a larger one, just to see if I could still do it. These are the videos where I truly realize my growth. I didn't remember being so small. 🥵 The difference is overwhelming... My massive weight gain makes everything feel so much tighter and smaller.
