I often get asked l about my passion / infatuation with black men. What is it about black men that makes me feel so attracted to them. Though this should be the easiest question in the world for me to answer, it really isn't! I mean, it feels like I should be able to explain in detail why it is that my knees get weak when I see a sexy black man walk past me or why I feel butterflies fluttering in my stomach when he walks into the room and approache s me or flirts with me! I should be able to explain it, but the truth is it's not that simple!
Of course I could use the typical reasons to explain it like "black men are generally more confident, sexier and more masculine" or "he just knows how to treat women the way we WANT to be treated" Black men and white women compliment each other perfectly, it's in the contrast between his masculinity and our femininities that makes us attracted to each other. I could explain how it feels inside me when I think about having those strong black arms around me, holding me tight or those thick black lips pressed against mine. I've used these reasons and explained them before. The truth is that there's just SO much more as to why many of us women are attracted to black men! It's a feeling. Something that can't be explained and put into simple words! It's like explaining how it feels to be in love. You can't!
All I know is that when I see a beautiful black man, youn g or old, fit or unfit.. I feel my heart beat faster, I feel my breath get shallow. I feel happy and excited, shy and demure, courageous and giddy all at the same time. This is that special love and adoration I've felt since I was youn g. It's not something easily explained, it's something to be felt and experienced!
