Time is fleeting, slipping away with every breath we take. To be conscious of this truth is to unlock the power to make more of oneself, to live with intention and grace. Stress, however, is a guest the Countess does not welcome into her life. Yet, should it dare to creep in, she knows precisely how to banish it: she will dance, letting the rhythm and movement carry her burdens away. And when the dance is done, she will emerge renewed, her spirit lightened and her heart open.
In her newfound clarity, she will be ready to confess her every sin to her Count, for she knows he is her sanctuary. She feels his unwavering support, his adoration for her presence and nature. She understands that to give fully of herself, as is her desire, she must first be free of the weight of stress. Only then can she offer him the fullness of her being—whole, serene, and unburdened.
