Nude Yoga: Rebalancing Practice Flow
🧘‍♀️ I took some time off of a regular yoga practice and this was my first session back! My mind and my body both felt like they had lost balance without it so I did a specific flow focused on balancing the mind and body! I struggled in both departments but that is why it is called a yoga practice!
