I just realised I posted some updates on my IG about my health but not here. So here: I'm back home, no scan. After two trips to A&E, Them nearly sending my an ambulance, and almost two weeks, still no scan. They say they can't do it because I don't fit the "path" (criteria) because I didn't pass out at the time and I'm not continuously vomiting. They say if it persists beyond two weeks (the head pain) to go and see my GP who MAY be able to bypass the criteria and do a scan. It's been 13 days since it happened, and I think I still have some minor symptoms, mainly exhaustion and very mild nausea, but my head doesn't hurt anymore, my vision is normal again, I'm not getting dizzy, and I can walk (at one point last Saturday I lost complete control of my legs for 30 minutes, I couldn't get up or stand, let alone walk). Yesterday I felt totally fine, today I feel tired and nauseous, as I say. But I think I'm getting better, I just have to try to take it easy, which I (famously amongst my friends and family, apparently) am not very good at haha. So I'm trying to rest but also get some semblance of normality back too, and get things done that need doing. I will continue to keep you all updated, but that's all on it for now - Seraphina 🖤
