I miss dancing so much! It was like my escape, my happy place🙂. I used to take classes in contemporary – anything that allowed me to express myself through movement😍. There was something about the feeling of being on stage, with the music pulsing through me and the lights shining down on me... it was exhilarating!🙂 I loved how dance made me feel strong and powerful. The way I could use my body to tell a story or convey emotion without saying a word... it was like having this incredible language all my own.😁 And the best part😻? It wasn't just about perfecting technique or mastering choreography – it was about letting go and allowing myself to be completely present in that moment.
