I got to try something I have not done in a while ☺️ since my shoulder injury I have not done any serious pole work.. but! While I was in Denver this week I figured I would take some classes with my friend at the gym she teaches at. I had such a great time getting to test out some pole, Lyra, and heel classes which I have missed so much 😮💨 it definitely was a push to start getting back into the activities I participated in before my injury ☺️
I hope you remember to do something good for your body this week☺️
