Before filming with the people I make videos of, I always ask them to arrive a little early so we can get to know each other. Some are more reserved so we just talk about work, We share experiences, interesting places to travel and make collaborations, sometimes when I feel open and the person is also interested, we enjoy each other a little beforehand to warm up. And it ends up being a lighter and calmer situation so that I can make my videos without them becoming mechanical.And the cameraman, Rafael, is a jokester, so he always breaks the ice by making jokes before the video to make the person I'm filming with feel more relaxed and comfortable. And there is no better reward than when I finish a scene and I show moments of the video to my collab, and I see that smile in his eye, happy with the quality of the video and how good it turned out. And when I edit the video as quickly as possible I deliver it to the person and they give me feedback on the video and say that they thought the quality was incredible and that they would like to work with me again. Nothing makes me happier. Even if the person doesn't have significant numbers, I always like it when the person sees that we can deliver an ever-improving video quality and perhaps improve over time. The important thing for me is not her numbers but rather hearing that I can get a good performance out of her in the video. Chemistry for me will always be more important than numbers and engagement, although it's also good, of course. Of course, sometimes, as I've already told you, there are people who are very hungover, and something is beyond their control. That's why I avoid working during celebratory periods like carnival or even circuit parties in Europe because I know I won't be able to extract, From a person who is perhaps celebrating too much the quality I would like. So during our celebratory seasons I always value rest.
