Hey loves, I’ve been really unwell over the last month with a brutal IBD flare-up and nasty side effects from propranolol—constant stomach pain, headaches, and zero energy. Just haven’t been well enough to film. Thank you for being patient, I’ll be back as soon as I’m feeling human again. Love you Brook x
