Happy Hump Day OF, Family ! Dropping this fashion, lifestyle photo from my photoshoot with JD Photography.

I'll be honest I was not feeling super cute or sexy that day, and the photos kind of show it, but this was my favorite photo from that shoot. I finally was able to drop into my heart and be a little playful. See, I was feeling a bit like an imposter at the moment. It's called imposter syndrome.

I was in my head thinking "Oh, man who would want to see photos of me modeling?" I grew up super shy, teased, and was always taught to be humble and never ever show off, especially not physically! So, I had to get out of my head and into my heart before I was finally able to have a little fun doing what I love. Has this ever happened to you? Do you sometimes live in your head too much?
