Happy New Year to everyone! I'm so glad that you are here and gave me so many nice wishes for new year!
To start off this year, I show you a static breathhold video with my friend Diana. Time is average, but the effort to make it was punishing. It was end of training and we were exhausted already. Diana started to struggle at 1.45 and managed to stay under more than 1min. more. I was fo_rced to exhale at 3min. point. The last seconds was a tortue.
