I see lot's of requests for dry breath holding. So I try to help you out and keep it coming.
On this video I'm pushing my limits with empty lungs. I'm happy with result! I sustained full minute contractions in the end and I burned down my oxygene reserves to 40-50 I think. I know I start losing hearing and awareness at that point and face color speaks for itself. I also post a screenshot for comparison.
