How to stay energized:
1. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day 🚰💧
2.Engage in physical activity 🏃🏼♀️
3. Eat right 🥦
4. Observe a sleep schedule 😴🛌
5. Meditate 🧘🏼♀️
6. Have sex 😈💦
Here is my top that helps me stay energized, in fact everyone knows about these basic things but for some reason not many people use them 🤷🏼♀️
Most often people want to find just a magic pill - drink and everything is ok, but, unfortunately, personally, I have not found such a pill yet 👿
