Ugh, 13 days in a row. Over 120 hrs for this pay period. I already need another vacation 😠this is bullshit. If they would just raise the pay rates to match the competing job climate I would have enough staff to have at least 2 off days. But no, keep blaming the culture until every store is down to one person.
