Don't forget to stretch! I'm very inflexible so it's taking a long time to build that up. I'm thinking of joining a hot yoga studio but it's a little far away. Maybe in the fall when the weather starts turning cold again. Maybe I can try to do some yoga in my yard for the summer. 🤔
