😊 Our days are so often filled with busyness and hustle and bustle that it seems like relaxation is a luxury we can't afford. But it's when we give ourselves the opportunity to just relax that we can truly savor the moment.
I love spending my free time in a park where I can just sit on a bench, close my eyes and enjoy the silence and nature around me. It's a moment where I can let go of all my worries and just be in the here and now. 😍
😊😜 Sometimes I make myself a spa day at home by making aromatic tea, taking a hot bath with essential oils and enjoying self-care while the rain or birds singing outside my window.
Sometimes I just turn on some music, dance around the apartment and let myself be carefree and free of obligations and anxious thoughts. Sometimes I just sit with a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony, watching the slow passage of time and thinking about pleasant things. Rest for me is not only physical rest, but also an opportunity to calm my mind, forget about problems and just be in harmony with myself. ❤️
