When I look at myself these days I feel more me than I’ve ever felt. I feel secure, aware, confident, loving, humble, determined, happy, curious, and a bit dangerous. I’m closer to knowing who I am and what I want and it’s in your best interest to not be in the way of that. I’m on a mission.
I know there will be parts of this journey that aren’t going to be pretty. “It won’t always be sunshine” is an understatement, I’ll be happy to get a ray of light here or there, but this path is mine, and I’m determined to push myself outside my comfort zone, to continue exploring, exposing myself to new ways of thinking and experiences, adapting, evolving. If you blink you may not recognize the person you see when your eyes reopen. I can’t quit. I can’t stop. It’s less a choice and more a curse. I’ll burn myself to the ground before I let myself become complacent.
