I’ll try to be as transparent as possible. I personally do not like maintaining those low low levels of body fat year round. Also it’s near impossible because I have a business as well.
I’m a nutshell, Im taking a break and I’m on the thicker side atm lol. Not as much working out, enjoying some unhealthy food, and growing my business. I’m making a slow approach back to getting lean like that again.
I do have some stuff saved. Ill work on posting it. And thank you all for the compliments, that shit is honestly really nice to hear ☺️
