I wasnt able to get many pics cause i was busy focusing on running nd fueling my body😆😆🤠BUT hit a huge goal of mine this year!!!! ran 44 miles innthe Grand Canyon... this was a wild experience and truthfully, I didnt do the best keeping up worh my nutrition but i still felt pretty damn good! excited to take on more of these challenges and work on fueling so i can feel even better... and maybe go even longer?
anyhow, im stoked on the achievement and ready for the next one already🤩
