Sometimes I catch myself thinking that appearance and changes in it are just a reflection of what is happening inside. 💭 We change every day: sometimes noticeably, sometimes almost imperceptibly, even to ourselves. But these are all small steps that make up the path. I think the most valuable thing is to be able to accept yourself at every stage: when you're on the rise and when you're just looking for balance. ✨
