So….I can’t remember the last time I was really Ill. I haven’t had a cold in over 15 years and I don’t know if I have ever had the flu. But a few days ago I felt TERRIBLE and found out yesterday that I have COVID. I’m feeling better now than I was on Wednesday and Thursday but it still comes in waves. I had not been out of bed for a few days…except when I went to get tested yesterday:…until today. I haven’t eaten in days and I feel like it may have helped me get leaner. I was afraid I might loose my ass but instead I think I’m losing body fat which is good because I have not liked this nee found body fat on me.
But I’m still nursing myself back to good health with my herbs, broth and sleep.
