Overnight Oats
This has to be the simplest, tastiest, healthiest, most convenient and most affordable breakfast solution when trying to stay in shape, eat well, save money and strengthen your reproductive system. It’s packed with vitamins, nutrients, healthy carbs, fiber, protein and flavor!
- 1/2 Cup of Organic Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup of Organic Vanilla Oat milk
The rest of the ingredients you can use at your discretion— I don’t measure them…
- Organic almonds
- Organic dried cranberries
- Organic pumpkin seeds
- Organic chia seeds
- Organic hemp seeds
- Cinnamon
- Organic honey
- Maca root powder
- Organic strawberries, blueberries and bananas
Combine the ingredients in layers, place it in the fridge for 12-24 hours and consume. These will keep for 4-5 days. If you have. 9-5, this is a great morning meal!
