Sometimes we need to spend time with ourselves. That's not only about get some rest. Maybe closing your eyes and hearing your mind asking you to take care of yourself, to make your existence worthy, eat in that nice restaurant once in a lifetime or do just nothing when this crazy world push you to "see what's happening all the time".
