I had to be in all-day workshops/meetings all of last week, and it was draining on top of all my shoulder pain. I crashed early every night. :( But I at least took some cute booty pics during a bathroom break!
I go in for my first physical therapy appointment/evaluation on Wednesday, and I am hoping that getting started on that will help with all of the pain and make it easier to create content (and just get through the day)!
