Good morning 🥰
I got my braces last night and slept with them on first time. My right hand was still a bit numb this morning but at least the arm pain subsided 👍
The last 2 nights I've been sleeping on my back elevated on my couch so I didn't sleep on my arms.
These pictures really show how swollen my arms/hands get while sleeping! I took the braces off about an hr prior to taking these 🫣
