So with this stupid nerve pain that isnt un-familiar in my life (Ive had it for many many yrs) its been flaring up all week in combination with the pulled muscle in my neck and Im at the point where my 'usual tricks' and pain relief aren't helping......š so sitting on cam fucking sucks right now, bottom line, cause when I sit up it puts pressure on the nerve which shoots pain up through my shoulder and down through my arm and forearm... šŖ so what Im trying to say is when Im on cam the next 3hrs I need people to keep me busy so I can lie down and masturbate the entire time and be in less pain š
