Upon returning home from the hospital I was pretty shocked to see I had only lost 10/50lbs gained during pregnancy and my gremlin was ALMOST all of that 10lbs... 😱 proud to report since I've been home and eating healthy again (No keto yet won't be doing that until about 1yr PP due to needing carbs for breastmilk) I'm down 15lbs in total and I know that once my swelling in my legs goes down I'll lose AT LEAST another 10lbs of water weight from water retention... 😳 but also not looking so bad for just delivering a lil under a week ago yeah? 😏
