Two weeks after surgery and I'm finally allowed to start training again :)
For those who are curious, I had my vocal cords worked on and also shaved down the little bit of Adam's Apple I had left.
At the moment, I'm sounding a bit like Mickey Mouse but with some training it will soon get better.
P. S. I had to blur my personal trainer's face because I don't want to post it without his consent 😉

Ya girl is getting herself sorted. Had a minor surgery to remove a device I thought was previously removed during surgery last year. Took a bit of pain, numbing, and a whole lot of swear words but it’s finally done. Now my body is going to have to shift and adjust to a normal state without the fibroid and hormones. Ngl I’ve been super down since surgery because I’ve been putting on more weight rather losing it. Even though I’m eating fairly well, moving my body and exercising more. I’m attributing that to the hormones so I’m looking forward to seeing my body (hopefully) finally shift since surgery last year. *crosses fingers* I really wanna get back into making content for y’all 💙

Hey guys - It’s been a long time but I’m happy to say I’ve finally had surgery for the tumor 🩷 I just woke up from a 10 hour operation and feel quite weak but I feel better already - For the first time in over a year this is my first day not experiencing neuropathic pain and I couldn’t be happier. Going to try and resume content slowly and ramp it up as I recover over the next couple months. Hope you all are going amazing yourselves, and I appreciate all your kind words. Love youuu 🩵
