❤️❤️ Gran update - She should be coming home tomorrow ❤️❤️ I can’t even being to tell you how happy & greatful I am she’s coming home!!! 🏡 Her heart re-boot has worked ❤️ We have a bit of a road to full recovery but as she can be an outpatient now she can come hooooome & can finally look at getting her knee replacement sorted too❤️❤️
Thank you so so much for everyone being so bloody wonderful, caring & understanding! I love my messy family so much!!!! So thank you!! 🫶🏻
