I took a diet/workout break over the last few months. I was extremely lean in the 8% body fat range. That shit had me having monstrous cravings. I was also starting to experience a lot of joint pain.
I didn’t stop working out completely, just used much lighter weights and stopped counting calories. I feel much better and ready to get back into it.
I still look in decent shape. But definitely not where I use to be.
