A little about me: I used to box competitively, it runs in the family. I've won silver gloves a few times and my dad won golden.
Boxing always kept me in great shape, but not being able to eat how I wanted sucked. In this picture I was about 160 lbs with a sub 20 minute 5k, now I'm around 200 lbs and can squat/bench/dead over 1,000 lbs combined
