Castiel and Wilhelm are originally from Kalos and are part of the pokémon rangers of this region. Castiel is retired and has become an Eevee breeder and a pokémon pension manager. Wilhelm is still a member of the pokémon rangers and is in charge of bringing injured pokémon back to Castiel.

Lucas is from Johto and decided to travel around the world to paint the landscapes and pokemons of each region!
