Over the years my body has changed. As I’m sure you guys may have noticed. I used to work out very consistently. I haven’t really worked out in a long while and you can definitely tell. It is a big reason I started to struggle with content. Right now, I’m not incredibly happy with the way I look, I’ve lost some thickness in certain areas, and gained it in other areas. So here’s to setting things straight and also allowing myself to feel vulnerable.
