IN NO WAY IS THIS AN EXCUSE BTW i have become very unreliable in posting and i’m so sorry 😭 every time i think im good my mental just like goes down horribly. I am so sorry for not posting/posting like once every few weeks i am going to try to be consistent but it is very hard. I am so sorry again.
